My name is Thomas. I have been involved with the paint contracting business for 20 years. I started doing freelance estimating
for painters 15 years ago. I am interested in estimating for you. Contractors have contracted millions of dollars of sales
from my estimates. I would like to talk to you about doing your estimating. I do a complete labor, material, and
profit figure as part of my estimate presentation. I can even submit the bids and find the projects if you
wish. You will have a complete copy of my estimate in time to review and ok the bid prior to bid time.
I am interested in the painting business from many circumstances. I sell paintings and greeting cards as a business also.
I am also a writer. I am currently working on book of how to estimate the process I have used for 15 years. I hope to
have it ready to submit for publication by the end of the year. It will be a invaluable tool for painters to have for their
estimating reference. It is being written from the stand point of someone that has contracted and estimated for years in the
field. I know what the contractor needs to know and how to do the job.
